Just it was informed the story line in this game is something that people might discover in sci-fi movies/books, as the basic tale tells about a group of rebels trying to set their nation free from current tyrant rulers, that in contrary are trying their best in stopping those good rebels from gaining strength and power. In this outing gamer are being taken into that odd unpleasant future world where they must fight hard in freeing themselves from the tyrannic rulers that have been destroying many good things in the world, as many humans are being turned into some kind of experiment rats.
This multi-platform browser-based outing is being setup in a rather simple way, kind of similar to what you might normally discover any any MMO that are available on Facebook games. Starting things out, gamer will be taken into this background scene filled with guides and explanation about the things you have to do. The first thing that players must do is choosing one out three basic character samples that suits with their preference. However, aside from the armor or customs style, gamer will actually have kind of similar basic character's design as there are no facial customization being offered in this outing. It's not a cool thing indeed for some gamer, who always liked to have that unique style, but apparently this title isn't offering maximum pleasure on the designs department.
In this game, gamer are basically playing as a rebel, who is trying to escape his way from becoming another experimental species from the Syndicates. After receiving info from the other 'freedom warriors', you will begin that interesting journey in exploring that prison are, seeking for a way out along with gathering allies to help you out in battling all the enemies creeping around that area. Players can only click the available scenario which will either bring them into a short story or straight battle against the bad guys. After finishing all available scenarios, players can access another part of that are before eventually clearing the stage and got themselves into another location.
This game is being setup in a sort of text-based RPG with an additional comic-style shape as its' graphic, which brought that US comic feel in it. Players won't find any attractive animation scenes in Cyberpunks vs Syndicates so those who are keen with that Japanese style kind of MMORPG might be felt rather disappointing as it's totally different from what they normally experienced. However, this text-based outing still provides other basic role playing elements, such as an interesting story line, character's building where gamer can upgrade their hero's strength, armor and other things to help them in finishing the main mission.
As it was previously revealed, this outing's game play is basically finishing up the mission that have been arranged in certain kind of way so gamer must follow certain scenarios in trying to finish up one stage at a time. In each scenarios they will also got into certain battles, which when they won there's several bonuses awaits them, such as cash and exp. After successfully leveling up their character, players also received certain stats that can be used in enhancing their character's attacking strength. There's also other interesting features such as research, which allows gamer to do some hacking and also upgrading their gears. Another exciting additions that can be found by those who are checking out this title is co-op system along with PvP, which all should provides several bonuses for players in finishing the basic mission.
Being a simple browser-based game, Cyberpunks and Syndicates' control is far from being complicated as gamer can just do any command in this game by using a click of their mouse. There's no need to memorize or use any parts of your keyboards, as even the battle is basically an automatic fight with turned-based system which don't really require any live action, since gamer can only prepare their hero before getting into that battle. Basically when gamer get into battle, they would only need to click the command and wait for the result, it's not that hard especially if the players kept on enhancing their characters after every level ups.
Although the graphic can't considered as anything special, but it still offer something unique especially with its in game comic stripe scenes. Furthermore, without any enhances animation being implemented, players can actually play this game in a very good pace as the loading isn't taking too much time, so gamer won't have to wait long in finishing up any chapters or battles. Having a very easy control system also add that playing comfort which can often be an issue for any browser based outing, especially when its being played on Facebook.
Overall, Cyberpunks vs Syndicates are an interesting option for those MMORPG players who are craving for something simple and different from what they normally experienced in other titles. The unique themes, concept and graphic can indeed be a double edge sword, but its' basic idea in crafting something different definitely worth some merit. Although some gamer might find it hard to visually enjoy playing this thing out, but once they get the hang of it, things might really turn interesting since Mososh do put on that classic character building element in this game, which can be considered as one the most exciting part from this title aside from its' unique story-line.
